Healthcare can become fragmented quickly — different physicians, specialists, medications, appointments, test results and recommendations, often with family members trying to keep everything organized in between. Purplewood Health brings a Registered Nurse into that picture as a consistent clinical point of contact. Depending on the service selected, our nurses provide direct nursing care, structured follow-up, care coordination and client advocacy while working collaboratively with the client’s existing healthcare providers and respecting the client’s goals, choices and privacy.

We designed Purplewood Health around the parts of healthcare that are often difficult to access consistently: experienced nursing assessment, continuity and someone who can help keep the details connected.
Emergency-Trained RNs
Purplewood Health exclusively employs Registered Nurses with emergency nursing experience and training. This background develops strong assessment skills, clinical prioritization, communication and the ability to recognize when a change in condition requires further assessment or escalation.
A Dedicated Clinical Advocate
Our role extends beyond completing individual nursing tasks. For clients receiving ongoing care, the nurse can become a consistent clinical advocate — helping organize information, communicate concerns, prepare for appointments and coordinate appropriate follow-up with the broader healthcare team.

We learn about the client’s current circumstances, priorities, existing healthcare providers and the type of nursing support being requested.

Families Supporting a Loved One
When an aging parent or loved one needs additional support, family members can quickly find themselves managing appointments, medication information, healthcare communication and follow-up. Our RN can provide professional nursing support and, where appropriate, help keep relevant members of the care team informed.
Independent Adults
For adults who want to remain in their own homes while having access to experienced nursing support, Purplewood Health provides an option between managing everything independently and relying entirely on traditional healthcare or home-care models.
