It is not simply a collection of appointments; it creates a more consistent relationship with a dedicated Registered Nurse who can provide defined clinical services, help organize the details of care and, where included, support communication between the client, family and broader healthcare team.
Clinical Oversight
Experienced, emergency-trained RNs provide regular assessments and baseline tracking; the RN can monitor changes over time and identify findings that may warrant further assessment.

Scheduled virtual consultations with your dedicated Registered Nurse are offered for non-emergency nursing triage, subject to appointment availability. Care coordination is included with select memberships and defined in your personalized service agreement.

The investment is in continuity — not simply appointments.
Each membership combines a defined package of clinical nursing services with continuity from a dedicated RN. The level you choose determines the frequency and depth of the nursing visits, virtual consultations, monitoring, coordination and family communication included in your membership. Additional nursing services, where applicable, are available at the rates specified for each membership.
All nursing services operate within the applicable scope of practice defined by the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO). Services are provided according to the client’s individual circumstances, applicable orders or requisitions where required, professional standards and client consent. Membership fees are charged for the defined nursing services included in the selected membership, as outlined above. Fees are not charged solely for access to, availability of, or on-call status with a Registered Nurse. Each membership’s included services are identified by type and frequency. Services provided beyond the included membership services, where applicable, are billed separately at the rates stated above. Unused services are refunded or credited in accordance with the applicable membership terms. Memberships may be cancelled at any time in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.
