Scheduled virtual consultations with your dedicated Registered Nurse are offered for non-emergency nursing triage, subject to appointment availability. Care coordination is included with select memberships and defined in your personalized service agreement.

- Health Change Monitoring In-home safety assessments, including proactive fall risk evaluation and vital signs monitoring.
- Pharmacy Coordination and Prescription Management Your RN can review and reconcile medication information, help organize questions or discrepancies, and coordinate prescription-related communication with prescribers and pharmacies when appropriate. Medication changes and renewals remain with the authorized prescriber and dispensing pharmacy.

A Highly Personalized Private Nursing Experience Designed for individuals and families seeking a more involved relationship with a dedicated Registered Nurse. Through four scheduled RN home visits, four virtual check-ins, individualized health-trend monitoring, family care reviews with consent, appointment support & reminders, and eligible in-home specimen collection, the program provides consistent clinical attention and thoughtful care coordination throughout the month.

- Tele/Phone Call Visits During Your Medical Appointments We attend your physician appointments with you virtually, ensuring accurate clinical summaries are documented, interpreted, and shared seamlessly with you and your family.
- Upgraded Private Specimen Collection Monthly For clients requiring closer clinical monitoring, we expand your private lab logistics to a monthly schedule. Your routine bloodwork is collected directly from your home and securely delivered. (Includes 1 scheduled at-home collection per month; valid requisition required).
- Annual Wellness Reviews One exhaustive clinical review per year, complete with comprehensive health reporting.

The investment is in continuity — not simply appointments.
Each membership combines a defined package of clinical nursing services with continuity from a dedicated RN. The level you choose determines the frequency and depth of the nursing visits, virtual consultations, monitoring, coordination and family communication included in your membership. Additional nursing services, where applicable, are available at the rates specified for each membership.
**Important Professional & Service Information** Purplewood Health’s nursing services are provided by Registered Nurses in accordance with applicable Ontario legislation and College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) professional standards. Care is guided by each client’s assessed needs, informed consent and the nurse’s individual authority and competence. Appropriate orders, requisitions or other authorizations are obtained where required. Membership fees cover only the specific nursing services outlined in the selected membership. Included services are identified by type and frequency, with duration specified where applicable. Services delivered are documented and can be itemized. Additional services are billed separately at the stated rates, with the services and associated fees agreed to before care is provided. Unused prepaid services are refunded or credited in accordance with reasonable written membership terms disclosed before enrolment. These terms explain how refunds and credits are calculated and how missed appointments and cancellations are handled. Memberships may be cancelled at any time in accordance with the disclosed cancellation terms. Purplewood Health works alongside your existing healthcare providers and does not replace emergency care.
